We allow you to customize your floor plan. We have beautiful freestanding condo homes with wooded lots now available in our final phase, optional three car garage lots. Our floor plans range from 1239 ft. to about 2000, with either a farm style or craftsman exterior. We have several floor plans to choose from some with sunrooms, our community is pet friendly, we even allow fences! All condos include two bedrooms and two baths on the main floor, main floor, laundry, some have offices. We offer a resort style pool with clubhouse that is available for our residence use.
